This electric powered flatbed trolley is designed to reduce manual handling strain while significantly improving productivity. Built for environments where safety, efficiency and consistency matter, it delivers reliable powered assistance across long shifts and demanding workloads.

The powered drive system reduces fatigue, strain and operator injury risk, allowing heavier loads to be moved with less effort. A single charge delivers up to 18 to 24km of range, providing dependable all-day operation without interruption.

Operator Controls & Safety

The ergonomically positioned handle features a robust industrial user interface with a butterfly throttle that delivers 400W of high torque power directly through the transaxle. Variable speed control allows operators to adjust trolley speed to suit different working zones, improving safety in pedestrian-heavy areas.

Speed parameters can be factory set between 1.5km/h and 6km/h. Intelligent LED battery indicators provide clear charge status, helping operators plan recharging or battery swaps without downtime.

The control unit is housed in a heavy duty steel casing, IP54 rated and protected by a moulded Perspex cover. An integrated anti-trap safety button automatically applies braking and locks the trolley if activated, preventing operator injury.

Chassis & Construction

The load platform features an 18mm weather and boil proof plywood base, mounted within a steel picture frame to create a flush, durable surface. The chassis is laser cut from a single piece of box section steel, offering superior strength and smoother rounded corners that are safer for operators and surrounding infrastructure.

The battery is fully enclosed in a 2mm steel protective housing, reducing impact damage and protecting against battery failure. Electronic control systems manage acceleration, braking, speed limits, warning beacons and audible alerts, ensuring smooth, progressive control with regenerative braking.
