This popular grade of tyre sealant is suitable for treating all off-road vehicles such as tractors, dumpers, and tele-handlers and can carry out an instant puncture repair up to 15mm in diameter. One application of our Heavy Duty product will last the life of the tyre without needing to install additional tyre sealant and the instant puncture repair process occurs within one or two revolutions of the tyre without any noticeable loss of tyre pressure.

The use of our tyre sealant will provide protection against up to 95% of tread area punctures which could occur in various location such as landfill, construction, and agricultural sites. Our tyre sealant can also prevent rim, bead, and other slow air leaks and instead maintain optimum tyre pressure and prevent the likelihood of ‘bead roll offs.

Our Heavy Duty tyre sealant is supplied in 20 litre pails and is sold with a specially engineered installation pump for ease of use.

It is also available in our 24-litre bag-in-a-box (8 x 3 litre bags) packaging option which is ideal for tyre dealers and businesses fitting their own tyres due to the necessity to break the bead and pour the tyre sealant directly into the tyre chamber.

An installation manual is supplied with an application chart which details the quantity of tyre sealant necessary for any combination of tyre sizes.
