10000KG ERGO 75mm Ratchet Straps

This 10T 75mm Ratchet Strap boasts an ULTRA HEAVY DUTY ERGO Pull Down design with 10,000KG break strength and claw hooks.

Extreme duty lashings for Heavy Plant Transport, Rail, Marine Cargo and Industrial applications. Please note this a heavy duty lashing both in scale and physical weight, it's not suitable as an alternative to 50mm wide ratchet lashings for general road haulage.

• 2-Part System, comprising ratchet with fixed end plus main tension (adjustable) strap, both terminating in claw hooks
• Breaking Force Minimum (BFmin) 10,000daN (kg)- Lashing Capacity (LC) 5000daN (kg)
• 15,000daN (kg) BFmin heavy duty polyester webbing, elongation (stretch) < 7% @ LC
• Standard Tension Force (STF) 500daN (kg) - using a Standard Hand Force (SHF) of 50daN (kg)
• 0.3m fixed end (tail), fitted with a Ergonomic Ratchet
• Manufactured and labelled in accordance with BS EN 12195-2:2001

Powerful ratchet tensioner with double lock handle.
Ergonomic action tensions strap by pulling the handle down providing more Standard Tension Force. Webbing available in 2 alternative colours with printing, please ask for details. Wear sleeves or corner protectors are recommended at all times to protect the webbing straps. Consider using with friction mats to increase the friction coefficient between the load and the vehicle floor.
